This is a beautiful (and short!) video on empathy. So often we feel helpless in the face of a friend or loved one’s pain, and we want so much to fix it for them. However, jumping in with even the best toolbelt of solutions often misses the mark. Here, Brené Brown reminds us, connection is the solution. Awesome, right? Because we all have that in our toolbelts.
